GREEN INDUSTRY SUPPORT PROGRAM FOR SMEs

In order for SMEs to carry out their green transformation efficiently and increase their international competitiveness, the Green Industry Support Program, carried out by KOSGEB and TÜBİTAK, in cooperation with the World Bank and under the coordination of the Ministry of Industry and Technology, was put into operation.

PHYTOSANITARY CERTIFICATE REQUEST FOR FOOD PRODUCTS EXPORT

In the letter received from the General Directorate of Export of the Ministry of Commerce, it was stated that the new practice, which requires the issuance of a Phytosanitary Certificate (BSS) for the export of products within the scope of the Plant Quarantine Regulation, will cause losses for our exporting companies and that this situation may hinder their ability to compete on a global scale. It was decided to do so.

NOTIFICATION ON PROTECTIVE MEASURES IN IMPORT (NO: 2023/7)

In the light of the findings of the investigation of the Protection Measures in Import Evaluation Board, the protection measure applied in the import of the product classified under the definition of "Others" goods in the Customs Tariff Statistics Position 3907.69.00.00.00 will be extended for 3 (three) years, and the additional financial liability will be determined as shown in the table below. In accordance with Article 12.3 of the World Trade Organization (WTO) Safeguards Agreement (Agreement), consultations will be held upon request with WTO members who have a significant interest as exporters of the goods subject to investigation, exemption will be granted to developing countries in accordance with Article 9.1 of the Agreement, and the Presidency will be notified regarding the production of the measure. It was unanimously decided by the members attending the meeting to make the proposal.

DIFFERENT DUTY RECEIPT WITH CODE 0255

An article titled 'DFIF Deduction Receipt with Code 0255' has been published by the General Directorate of Customs.

In accordance with the Decision on Support and Price Stabilization Fund, DFIF Premium Deduction Receipt with code '0255' has been provided as a reference for export declarations on the BİLGE system.

If the goods subject to an export declaration declared as '1000' in the regime code field and 'Cash' in the payment method field are within the scope of the said Decision, the DFIF Premium Deduction Receipt document with the code '0255' must be declared in the declaration, and if it is not declared, the registration process of the declaration cannot continue. Editing has been done.
